Otrava! consists of analog photographs, drawings, paintings, diary entries, short prose and newly written plays. The book examines how a a young girl with divorced parents relate to her background, what prerequisites one has to feel connected to one's family, and to be a mother and daughter.

But first and foremost, the book is a rebellion against my own upbringing.

Otrava is slovak for an annoying child.

Presenting Otrava! at art book fairs has been invaluable in communicating who I am as an artist, and in meeting inspiring people who are passionate about their work.

In the last two years, Otrava! has been shared in a variety of settings — including a talk at Oplandia Center for Contemporary Art during the Lillehammer Literature Festival, and participation in B*stard artbook fair in June 2024 and 2025. Otrava! has also been part of the Oslo Art Book Fair (November 2024), the Bergen Art Book Fair (April 2025), Copenhagen Photo Festival (June 2025), Oslo Photo Festival (September 2025), and has been invited to Cairo Art Book Fair (December 2025).
